The second annual student conference of the Association of Deanships of Student Affairs will be organized by Al Ain University, the headquarters of the Society of Student Affairs Deanship's Management (SSADM). The theme of the conference will be “Artificial Intelligence With No Borders: Students' Journey to the Future". The conference aims to attract student researchers, faculty members, and administrative staff from universities across the Arab world.

Main Objectives:

1. Empower students to present their research and innovative ideas in various academic fields

2. Highlight the role of AI in developing the educational process and improving outcomes.

3. Encourage scientific research that applies AI technologies to support higher education.

4. Explore the future of education in the Arab world amid AI-driven transformations.

5. Benefit from international experiences in educational AI applications and adapt them to the Arab context.

6. Provide a platform for students and researchers to exchange ideas on AI applications in academia.

Conference Venue

The conference will be held at Al Ain University. Al Ain University was established in 2004 and is licensed by the Ministry of Education in the United Arab Emirates. The university operates two campuses in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi, offering programs across the Colleges of Engineering, Pharmacy, Law, Education, Humanities and Social Sciences, Business, Communication and Media, Dentistry, and Nursing.
The university offers 30 bachelor’s programs, 14 master’s programs, three doctoral programs, in addition to a professional postgraduate diploma in teaching. All colleges have earned international accreditations from reputable academic bodies.

Participation Requirements

1. Participation is allowed with an abstract in either Arabic or English language.

2. The abstract must not exceed 250 words.

3. Attendance without participation is allowed.

4. Annual membership fees for the Association of Student Affairs Deanships must be
    paid in order to participate.

5. Participation fee for one student per abstract is USD 400 (for member universities).

6. Participation fee for one faculty member per abstract is USD 800 (for both member
    and non-member universities).
